I have seven years of experience as a user interface designer, prototyper and developer. I have delivered documented mprovements in design to the products and projects I've been involved with. I have built international teams and worked with geographically split groups. I think and work with my hands. I am a strong advocate of goal driven and user centered design, and believe that a successful project is designed before it is built.

I enjoy working with people of different disciplines and cultures. I have worked with visual designers, software engineers, and academics to design complex applications, collaboration experiences and multi- user online worlds. I have lived abroad and have worked in a culturally diverse environment and I ap- preciate the value and challenge of working with people of varied backgrounds.
