H. Keith Cooley

Vice President of Engineering, Oversight Systems, Inc.

Keith Cooley is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Oversight Systems, Inc., a software company that delivers a continuous monitoring platform with real-time transaction inspection to drive the compliance and process-improvement life cycle. Previously he was the Chief Customer Officer at Atlanta based Witness Systems, Inc. From 2002 to 2005 he was the executive vice president of product development for Atlanta-based EzGov, Inc. From 1996 to 2000, Cooley served as the vice president of engineering for Internet Security Systems (ISS) where he was responsible for production of the company’s award-winning product lines.

Prior to joining ISS, Cooley served in multiple roles at Dun & Bradstreet Software Inc. (DBS) including vice president of information systems, vice president of worldwide client server support and vice president of European support and development, headquartered in Brussels. Before it was acquired by DBS, he was a member of the executive management team at Management Science America (MSA) managing various support, engineering and marketing functions.

Cooley holds a bachelor of science in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech and is a member of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Computing. He has served as a member of the board of trustees for the Alexander-Tharpe Fund and the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
