Welcome to Georgia Tech's AI group! We cover a broad spectrum of Artificial
Intelligence research, including the representation and organization of
knowledge; the acquisition of knowledge through learning and instruction; and
the use of experiential and other knowledge in design, explanation, language
processing, problem solving, software understanding, intelligent systems,
robotics, and perception. Much of our research has a strong cognitive flavor
to it. Some of it is inspired by cognition while some explicitly models
cognitive processes.
We overlap and collaborate with the Cognitive Science
program, the Intelligent Systems and Robotics group, the EduTech Institute,
and the Graphics,
Visualization, and Usability Center.
