I have requests for student travel/equipment shipping for the following 
teams:

Brandeis University
Colorado School of Mines
Dartmouth College
Georgia Tech 1
Georgia Tech 2
Iowa State University
Kansas State University
KISS Institute
McGill University
MIT
North Carolina State University
Northwestern University
University of Arkansas
University of Minnesota
University of New Mexico
University of Waterloo

What I now need for *each* team requesting support is the following:

1) Point of Contact for team (name, email address, land mail address)
2) Number of students attending and requesting support and their names
   (if the point of contact is a student - list him/her here as well)
3) Expected travel cost (airfare/driving) per  student attending
   (use the lowest rate available)
4) Number of students staying in student housing (and # of days for each).
   This is the only allowable housing subsidy.
5) Estimated cost of shipping robot to and from Providence.
6) Total $ value requested. (I'm not sure what the daily housing cost is yet
   but assume it's $50/day).

There will be a cap on the support available for the number of students/team
 and a cap on the total amount of support/team. Distance to the
competition will be considered in allocation of funds.

Please get me this info asap.
