Since my prime working hours are between 11pm-2am, it is darn near impossible to get me up to do anything before 10, although 10am slots are open anytime by appointment.
Lunch is also a prime working hour for me, so lunch meetings are not preferred unless it is a "working lunch". Coffeehouse meetings, on the other hand, are welcome at any hour of day or night. :-)
