Application packets may be obtained from the Office of International Education (OIE) or downloaded from OIE's website.

The remaining balance for the program fee MUST BE PAID by Late March. Late applications are welcome (contingent upon availability of space) and are subject to cancellation and refund policy.

The Program Fee includes a shared room, health insurance, airport ground transportation in Barcelona, and infrastructure support at UPC. For all costs, please visit the Costs section of this site.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

The $250 program fee is Non-refundable (upon application approval).

Before Late March 2009:
Cancellation before this date will result in forfeiture of 50% of all paid fees, less the non-refundable deposit.

Late March 2009 – Early April 2009
Cancellation during this period will result in forfeiture of 80% of all paid fees, less the non-refundable deposit.

Mid April 2009
Cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of all paid fees
