Course meet for 6 hours each week (regularly schedule) for a total of 45 contact hours. Additional hours will be schedules as necessary for missed classes and exams.

Application packets may be obtained from the Office of International Education (OIE) or downloaded from OIE's website.

The remaining balance for the program fee MUST BE PAID by late March. Late applications are welcome (contingent upon availability of space) and are subject to the cancellation and refund policy.

The Program Fee includes a shared double room, health insurance, airport ground transportation in Barcelona, and infrastructure support at UPC. For all costs, please visit the Costs section of this site.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

The $250 program fee is non-refundable (upon application approval).

Before 26 March 2010
Cancellation before this date will result in forfeiture of 50% of all anticipated and/or paid fees, less the non-refundable deposit.

After 26 March 2010
Cancellation after this date will result in forfeiture of all anticipated and/or paid fees.

Pre-Departure Meetings

• MANDATORY CoC/BCN Pre-Departure Orientation – TBA
• (Students on co-op assignment and non-GT students should contact barcelona@cc.gatech.edu for a packet.)
• MANDATORY Faculty-Led Study Abroad Info Sessions and Pre-Departure Sessions (hosted by OIE).
