The review session is, in fact, from 7:05-8:00 today, not 6 like the handout says.
The final fast approaches. A review session will be conducted on Monday, December 13 (Do I really need to say 1999?) from 7:05PM to 8:00PM in CCB room 101.
The time has come to submit the project. We are asking that you submit via email to cs3500d@prism.gatech.edu. Be sure to read the submission guidelines first.
There are some examples for the projects up now. Also, check out the bonus problems to earn some extra points over the holiday. Isn't it what you wanted to do on your Thanksgiving break?
The midterm has been announced for Tuesday, November 23, 1999.
A reminder: Homework is due in class on the due date. Late submissions will no longer be accepted.
The project has been assigned and is now available on the website. You should download JFLAP , and make sure that you have access to Java somewhere. I will be available for help with this platform. I will say that it seems to help a great deal if you use Sun's version of Java. You'll need to get the example files for problems 1 and 3.
A note on homework 3 has been posted to the class newsgroup. I was evidently out of it and messed up fairly bad, but it does have some information about homework in general.
The first quiz has been announced. This is also available in pdf format.
We now have a class CoWeb available for your use. Check it out.
