CS 4320
Introduction

CS 4320 (Software Engineering Processes) introduces you in detail to industry-standard and state-of-the-art processes in software engineering practice. "Processes" are any technical and interpersonal activities that are codified enough to be repeated and evaluated for effectiveness. Your objectives for the course will depend on your post-graduation plans and what you already understand and are interested by. There are two sets of objectives, therefore: core objectives that should apply to everyone, and elective objectives that do not.

An objective is to be taken seriously. You really should be able to do whatever the objective says by the end of the course. That's our contract and yours with yourself. You will be assessed against these and only these objectives.
