CS3300 Final Project Info
Monday (Dec. 4)
- Before Monday! Sign up for a
presentation slot on the Swiki here Monday Sign Up.
- "Poster" presentation - Designate a "host"/presenter to stand by the
booth. Don't forget to bring all supplies necessary, e.g. tape,
scissors, etc.
- Turn in hardcopy of test cases.
- Post link to subsystem code and test cases on the Swiki here Posting Code.
Schedule
Each group should sign up for one of twelve 4 minute slots. See the Monday Sign Up.
These are the times for the "official" demo of each subsystem.
During the whole hour, the poster presentations should be open for
all to explore.
Wednesday (Dec. 6)
- 15 minutes max (10 for presenting, 5 for questions)
- The focus will be on integration - why did things happen like they
did? What problems arose? Could they have been or how were they avoided or
anticipated? etc. etc.
- Software that runs (or at least more than say 90%)
- It must be run against "real" test data
- Make sure you handle all equipment requirements ahead of time!
Schedule
There won't be a rigid time schedule, but three periods of 15 minutes,
one for each of the three projects. Ten or less minutes should be
devoted to the presenting part and 5 minutes should be left for
questions.
