Hi all,

  Two items:

1. typo on p.5: the second bullet says "... MULTD begins executing in
   cycle 7, ..." but the instruction-state table shows it beginning
   exeuction in cycle 6.  The instruction-state table is correct.

2. Extra copies of the Tomasulo diagram are on-line so you can print
   'em out instead of copying them:
