Object Oriented Programming (accelerated version)

Announcement:

Please see the course syllabus page for textbook info. Also, please note that recitation begins the second week of classes.

CS 1322X is an accelerated version of CS 1322, the College of Computing's second introductory course in computer science. This section is designed to continue where CS 1321X left off, although interested students who have performed well above average in standard CS 1321 are welcomed to enroll while space is available.

CS 1322X will be able to move through the material covered in the other sections at a faster pace and have a lot of time to explore additional topics. CS 1322X will differ from the other sections in other important ways as well: for example, the assignments will be more challenging and the lectures will have significantly fewer students. (Note that CS 1322X is not, however, an honors course. No special distinction will appear on your transcript or your diploma for successful completion of CS 1322X.)

CS 1322X will differ from the other sections in other important ways, as well. For example, we'll provide:

Enrollment in CS 1322X is by permit only. If you would like to enroll, please stop by the College of Computing's Student Services Office.
