To use this code on linux machines:

% make

Open two terminals (on the same machine or different machines).  In the code below substitute host1 and host2 for any CoC 
linux machines (<state>-lnx.cc.gatech.edu).  If you have problems, don't hesitate to email me (parry@cc).
