In the interest of making the course better I would like each of you to
complete the survey below. 

1. Save the txt file.
2. Answer the questionnaire.
3. Add free form comments at the end if you like.
4. Students in Atlanta, to keep it anonymous, put a printed copy
   in my mailbox in the mailroom in the first floor of Klaus.
5. Student in KU, one person collects it, and hands it to Yonggyun Koh
   so that it can be shipped to me via snail mail.

The pace of the course:
