General

Course Management

We will be using T-Square for course support this semester.  All announcements and assignments will be covered in that system.

Course Materials

The text for the course will be "Problem Solving and Program Design in C" by Jeri R. Hany and Elliot B. Koffman - 5th Edition  from Addison Wesley,

ISBN 0-321-40991-4

We will use a set of customized tools for most course work and teaching. The installation instructions are available on T-Square.

We will also use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, for some assignments. This is available to students for a free download from the Microsoft MSDNAA. Before you have access to MSDNAA, Microsoft Visual C++ Express is available from microsoft.com.  For help, see this link.

The full version of VS 2005 is accessible in the ECE labs in the Klaus building.
