Please follow these steps to setup newsgroup in Windows Mail.

1) Tools -> Accounts
2) Add -> Newsgroup
3) news server is -> news.gatech.edu
4) Select "My news server requires me to log on"
5) Enter your prism id and password
6) Finish
7) Your newsgroup will appear on the left pane
8) Right click, go to Properties -> Advanced
9) Enter port number as 563
10) Check "This server requires SSL"

Open the newsgroup and search for git.cc.class.cs4400. Click subscribe.
