- The end date of a lease is always the last day of month regardless the start date.
- Lease must be renewed at least one month before the end date  and at most 2 months before the end date.
- The new rate is in effect at the beginning of the month when the renewed lease starts.
- The due date is the first date of month.
- The due date of the first month is the start date.
