INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERIM PROJECT REPORT
- Add a top cover page with project title, list of project members (alphabetically ordered by last names with email of each member)
- Keep the total size to 5 pages
- Goals/ Problem Statement (depends on the nature of the project)
- Approach to solve the problem / overview of the proposed project
- Design of database (if applicable) and/or technical details of functionality of what you are proposing
- Architectural overview (components and interfaces) and implementation details
- Algorithmic overview- if applicable (if implementing some published work, explain)
- What you will be able to show as a demo (no need for fancy interface work)
- References (use the style as shown in course syllabus)
Above guidelnes are generic across projects. For your project, you may tailor them according to the nature of the project.
Use above headings in your report so it will be easy to evaluate.
It will be evaluated on the basis of completeness of the design and overall approach taken.
