I have all the graded PA1's now in my office. You can pick them up from me during office hours today, or I'll bring them to class Thursday
There is this tendency at this time of year to skip lecture. Let me try to entice you to come to class the next few sessions
THURSDAY March 5: Finish Squeak MVC Application example, and talk about "Design Patterns". This is also the class where we'll do evaluations and you can tell me what you really think of the class.
TUESDAY March 10: I'll explain the Pluggable WebServer and Swiki/CoWeb -- how it works and how to build new Web applications with it
THURSDAY MARCH 12: I'll explain what I do for research, which includes CoWeb, STABLE, BOOST, and other things.
(And I am always in the market for students who want to do independent studies with me!)

We are now running a new version of the CS2390 CoWeb software. I'm hoping that response will be faster and more stable.

Minnow is getting overwhelmed.
If you can't get through, please let me know and I'll check the server.
It went down after 10 but I had it back up soon after 11. If you turned in during that slot, please check it and turn in again if necessary.
The Turnin system is now working! Use the username in the Roll and your password is your social security number (no dashes!)
Q. I'm having trouble printing my BOOST html page in HotJava, what can I do?
A: Some people have reported having problems getting HotJava to print any web page, let alone the
meantime, the workaround is to copy the URL from the page, and paste it into another
browswer. Both Internet Explorere and Netscape should work. Please email noel@cc.gatech.edu
if you have any problems, or if you can't recover your URL.
I apologize for this (previous versions of HotJava worked just fine), we'll try to get this
straightend out as soon as possible. Thanks (Noel Rappin -- noel@cc.gatech.edu)
I've moved the schedule around -- we'll do the live OOA/D/P next Thursday
"PA1" is now available

We need some help from y'all with respect to labs.
When your lab ends, move along. Leave space and TA time to the next group.
If there is space and you want to continue working, please leave the TA to focus on the students registered in his/her section. It's their time to monopolize the TA.
Finally, if you come in late, you are not entitled to have the TA sit next to you while you catch up.
Thanks for your understanding!

Check the Roll for your name and section. If you're not there, tell me.
That'll be your username for the turnin system. Your student number will be your password

GOOD NEWS!!! We have a TA for Wednesdays at noon! Sarah Rees (eden@cc.gatech.edu) will be there.
Mon, Jan 12, 1998
We're still only at three TAs for the 120 students this quarter. Please bear with us as we try to deal with the load.
Grading may be slower than usual
There will be no TAs at the noon lab this Wednesday (Section A).
Students in that section are welcome to attend a different section for TA support, as space is available
