Sample Part 2 Documents
Here is a collection of Part 2 Documents produced in earlier 6751
classes taught by Dr. Abowd. These should help you get a feel for what makes
up a good document for this class. And what mistakes to avoid.
Bear in mind that these pointers are to the first draft of part 2
documents turned in by these teams. In many cases, the shortcomings
were fixed in subsequent versions.
The good

Very well-described evaluation plan.

Outstanding use of RealVideo to present storyboards.
Problems
- Follow Me
The prototype is hidden from the reader.
- Closet2000+
Initially, the storyboard prototype was not very clearly
presented, but this was greatly improved in the revision of this
document through the inclusion of a detailed scenario.
- Computer
Based Foraging
Poor grammar; storyboard hard to follow because it is in
separate appendix; evaluation plan is vague (task analysis in
particular).
