Academic misconduct (cheating), recalcitrant or belligerant students, handicapped student issues, and even issues of harrassment and discrimination occasionally appear in a TAs life and for many legal reasons, it's important to become aware of them and the official and unofficial procedures for approaching them. This session is designed to familiarize you with some of the difficult issues that can come up in the life of any instructor.
