If you find this symptom, then check this step:

• IF You get syntax errors about what you typed THEN Check where you typed the test code: Test the FrogMuppet and GrouchMuppet classes.
• IF You get errors about what FrogMuppet or GrouchMuppet understands THEN Check where you created the specialization initialize methods: Initialize greeting to 'Hi Ho' for FrogMuppet, and initialize greeting to 'Go Away' for GrouchMuppet.
• IF You get no greeting, or you get errors about FrogMuppet or GrouchMuppet understanding name, name:, or greeting. THEN Check where you created the FrogMuppet and GrouchMuppet classes: Create the FrogMuppet and GrouchMuppet classes.
• IF You get no errors, but you also do not get anything happening THEN Check where you defined the abstract class of Muppet: Create the methods for accessing and setting the name variable, initializing the greeting, and greeting.

Hints:

• Check your syntax, especially for misspellings, upper/lower case, and periods.
• Make sure that you created FrogMuppet and GrouchMuppet as subclasses of Muppet, not Object.
• Make sure that you created initialize instance methods for FrogMuppet and GrouchMuppet.
