- project team members/roles - OK

Comments:
Project Description (18/20 pts)
Important points:
- length (approx one page) - OK
- references to existing work - link to the CyberDesk project page
off of FCE
- clarity (use of English) - OK
- specificity (Can I tell what you are going to do?) fairly generic
To-Do list manager. Is there anything you can do to take advantage
of the Internet?
Comments:
Important points:
- clarity (Can I interpret the table?) OK
- completeness (enough activities indicated?) - Seem a bit overlapping
- indication of milestones - not done
Comments: I figured out the problem with your spreadsheet applet in my
environment. I applaud your effort to use the spreadsheet applet, but
there are some glaring disadvantages. First of all, you did not
program in the totalling functions. Instead, you hardcoded that in.
Hardly seems worth it if you can't have it calculate the totals for
you. Also, you left out the deliverables from the table and you no
longer have links from the activity names to their description. Care
to fool around a little more with this applet to see if it will do
anything more, like allow a cell entry to be a link?
Activities description (18/25 pts)
Important points:
- completeness (all scheduled activities described; descriptions
are detailed enough to indicate what work is done) - What is the
distinction between HTML generation and the Notebook activities?
Between Learning HTML and Training in general?
- time estimates for activities - You left a lot of room in the
last two weeks. Be sure to keep track of actual time spent
throughout the quarter.
- role assignment - OK
- clarity of descriptions of activities - OK, except for overlaps
mentioned above.
Comments:
Deliverables description (0/10 pts)
