Problems

From last status report:
Scheduling Problems - We have had difficulty finding times when the entire group can get together. Jon was gone for a week. Jay, Minh and Tony all work during the week which is when Jon concentrates his efforts.

Development Problems - Ken is having trouble deciding how to lay out the screen.

This weeks problems:
Documenting Problems - We had a problem with two members updating the same document at the same time.

Development Problems - none to report

Plans

Ken will be working with Minh and Tony to implement the following items: Jon and Ken will continue developing the inital version of the Design document.
I plan on still finding errors with our notebook and correcting them including standardizing the formats of all our documents. I plan on having a team meeting Friday morning at 11:00 am just for everyone to state their status and what, if anything, they need from the rest of the group.

Other Comments

From last week:
Things seem a bit sloppy now but I believe we are making progress.

Ken has done great job working with the programmers and serving as a liason between the programming and documenting sides of the project.

Jon, despite personal circumstances, has returned to the team and has made an excellent effort on the first draft of the Requirements Document.

This week:
Although it took longer than expected, we were able to have the Requirements document ready by Monday. Ken provided some last minute edits which clarified some misundertandings between the documenting and programming sides of the team.
