Preparing the Final Project Noteboook

You should turn in a final version of your project notebook. This final notebook represents 10% of your grade and is counted as part of the final exam score for the course. Therefore, each team should take care to do a good job on it and follow the directions outlined below for ensuring you have a complete notebook. There are several guidelines that you should note:

The final notebook Web page and all contents you created this quarter are to reside in the class project directory. A subdirectory owned by one member of your project team has been created for your convenience. Be sure to check that all of the links are valid in your notebook before it is submitted.
All revisions to documents should be clearly indicated, and versions of the same documented should be listed in reverse chronological order (i.e., Version 2 should appear above Version 1).
It is particularly important that the final version of the prototype documentation be accurate so that the instructor and/or TA are able to locate all source code and build your system.
You should have a section in your notebook for your project schedule which has been changing throughout the quarter. Clearly indicate a final schedule which shows how time was actually spent this quarter in your project. This may mean that you adjust the activities in your original project schedule. Be sure to include totals for time spent in each week of the quarter as well as totals for each activity (i.e., sum the columns and the rows in your schedule table). If any new activities are indicated in your schedule, be sure to update your project plan to describe those activities.
