Project Plan Grading Template
Team: NO (name for now)
Grade: (98 out of 100)
The following is a breakdown of the grading.
Document presentation (9/10 pts)
Important points:
- Organization - good
- Name/logo - good, efficient re-use of Cyberguide logo. :)
- Document author - OK
- project team members/roles - who is the manager?
- use of English - OK
Desirable features:
Comments: You did an OUTSTANDING job on this document.
Project Description (22/20 pts)
Important points:
- length (approx one page) - Just what I was looking for. I commend
you on effective re-use of existing documentation and acknowledgement.
- clarity (use of English) - very well written
- specificity (Can I tell what you are going to do?) - well done
Comments:
Important points:
- clarity (Can I interpret the table?) - Are the number of "x"'s
significant? If so, please indicate this.
- completeness (enough activities indicated?) - OK
- indication of milestones - Yes. I suggest you make the
annotations links to the actual document when it is available and in
the meantime just a link to the deliverable description as you did at
the bottom of the table.
Extra bonus:
- innovative use of table to indicate schedule information - good
indication of deliverables
- good use of links - OK to link to deliverable overview for
now. Could link activity names to activity descriptions.
Comments:
Activities description (35/35 pts)
Important points:
- completeness (all scheduled activities described; descriptions
are detailed enough to indicate what work is done) - OK
- time estimates for activities - OK, but be sure to keep track of
actual time spent on activities so schedule can be updated.
- role assignment - OK
- clarity of descriptions of activities - OK
Comments:
If you want to have your grade reconsidered for this document, you
must hand in a new version within one week and address the comments
made in this initial grading. After regrading, the new grade will
override the original one.
