- No submission will be accepted 24 hours after the assignment is
due.
- During the entire quarter a student may submit an assignment late
for one day without punishment. Every late-day thereafter
used in the quarter costs the student 10% of the credits for that
assignment; Use this late submission option wisely. Exception in using this option: graduating students
must submit all assignments at least one day before their grades are
due.
- No one will get an incomplete because of not turning in
assignments. Missing assignments get zero grades.
- Turned in programs should compile without any error. The
generated executable should run on the published test data without any
error. These are minimal requirements for getting graded.
- Students may discuss high level design strategies and
specifications of the assignments with others in this class. However,
turned in programs are to represent individual work. All detailed
algorithm design and implementation decisions are to be made without
consultation with others.
