3.3 Textual Storyboard Prototype

In this prototype, we attempt to gather some information on the cancellation and termination systems using a textual storyboard. In this storyboard, the picture will be replaced with a written description of what the user sees and hears. The tester will then be allowed to choose from several options, and a new description and options will appear.

In order to test the cancellation and termination tasks, our storyboard will force the tester into performing these tasks at some point in the interaction.
