Evaluation criteria

You now need to be explicit about the criteria by which you are going to judge the "existing" system. For hints about criteria, look to the principles of usability described in Chapter 4. Or you can develop your own criteria. What is important is that for each criteria chosen, you have to be able to observe/measure/evaluate the system to determine whether it is satisfactory with respect to that criteria.

The criteria should be related to how the interface is used or perceived. You should describe the three criteria that you have chosen in this section and why you chose them.

Evaluation plan

Describe the tests/observations you performed to evaluate the existing system with respect to the three evaluation criteria. For instance, you might use a questionnaire administered to 15 people, or you might perform some specific observatoinal tests on subjects, or you might conduct interviews.

Analysis of results

Write up the results of having conducted your evaluation plan. Specifically, I am looking for some conclusions from you that suggest whether the existing system is satisfactory or not with respect to the criteria you considered.
