Project Objective: The goal of the project is to practice human factors in the design and evaluation of a software system. Deliverables include documentation and a presentation.
Topics: Your project will involve usability evaluation of a web site. You are to complete a comprehensive set of evaluations and submit the documentation and recommendations.
Teams: You may organize into teams with a maximum size of 4. You should notify me regarding teams and topics no later than July 7.

Grading: The grade will be determined by the quality of the design as evidenced by the documentation and the presentation. Team members will be asked to assess the individual contributions of others on the team; if an individual team member is found to have contributed little to the effort, their score will be adjusted. An approximate breakdown of the scoring is as follows:

Note: Lab access is by means of the combination lock. The combination code an be obtained from one of the GVU Lab Managers in CCB 210 or the TA. Always lock the lab when you leave. You are responsible for leaving the lab clean and in the same condition that you found it. The lab is not to be used for work other than experiments.
