NAVIGATION
Basic Navigation
You may use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move your fish.
- Up arrow key
- Moves the fish straight ahead
- Down arrow key
- Right arrow key
- Moves the fish to the right
- Left arrow key
- Moves the fish to the left

Additionally, you can use the x, y, and z keys to move along the respective axes. To move along the negative axes press shift-x, shift-y, and shift-z.
The keyboard navigation will suffice to move you through the world. However, using the mouse will allow much more versatile movement.
Mouse Navigation
You can rotate the fish in all directions while stationary or while moving.
- Rotate while stationary
- Hold down the right mouse button and
- Move mouse - change the rotation of the fish
- Forward Movement
- Continue to hold the right mouse button
- Press left mouse button - move fish forward
- Reverse Movement
- Continue to hold the right mouse button
- Press middle mouse button - move fish backward
Views
- Try watching your move being drawn using Three View in the Environment menu.
- Or you can use Three View to see a trail from three different angles simultaneously.
- You can also click the Multiple Camera button
to see three views and then the Single Cameral button to go back to One View .
Camera Angle
- First Person
- The camera angle appears as if it is looking out of the fish's eyes.
- Side View
- The camera in this view is looking at the fish from the side.
- Over the Shoulder
- The camera is behind the fish watching it swim with this view.
- Overhead
- The camera is positioned above the fish. If the fish swims straight up, it will face the camera.
- External View
- In this camera view, the camera is detached from the fish and can move all over the world independently.
