My current interests include

    parallel & distributed systems,
    operating systems,
    network modeling & simulation/emulation,
    network security and
    parallel combinatorial optimization.

My research predominantly employs an experimental approach:

    conceptualizing, designing and building prototypical systems, and
    performing experiments for analyzing various dimensions such as
    performance, usability, automation, scalability, etc.
