Cong is a second year Ph.D. student in the College of Computing, working with Prof. Mostafa Ammar and Prof. Ellen Zegura.
Previously he received the B.S and M.S. degrees from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2005 and 2008, respectively.
Research
His research interests includes computer networks, distributed systems, and distributed computing.
