Ami,

Got the audio service up and working. I can click on the
Web page and it launches the audio tool fine.

I encourage everyone to take a stab at the audio service on
the following page:

http://www.cc.gatech.edu/computing/classes/cs2390_95_fall/nov30/rich1130.html

To get it running, you will have to follow the directions that Ami
clearly outlines below. I copied over the sunos client and placed it
in ~abowd/bin for the time being.

It's pretty cool!

There is a problem, however, in that it doesn't appear to me the user
that there is any link between the audio that is being delivered and
the slide that it is attached to. So we are going to have to fiddle a
bit with the timestamps. It appears to me that the audio delivered
actually refers to later slides than the one it is attached to. There
could be several sources for the offset error:

1) the audio server is delivering the wrong piece of audio

2) the timestamp from the ThinkPad is wrong

3) there is a clock synchronization problem. I set the time on the
ThinkPad to correspond to the time on the recording SparcStation. I
don't like the idea of having to do that.
