I removed the resource panel (resource is given by the web page or from
the command line), replaced the tick bar with a progress bar, and
added some help. If you want to test it without the web page,
run 'mocl -r 2'.
I left the rewind and fastforward buttons in there because they
provide different functionality. They change the position in the
audio without causing silence detection, while the progress bar does.
