Classroom 2000 demo on March 28

We are scheduled to give a demo of Classroom 2000 on March 28. The demo is
for a group of very distinguished Atlanta citizens (called ARCS, but I cannot
recall what it stands for). The demo will be from 7:15-8:45 and will
have food served at 6:30.

We are going to do a "full-blown" demo of C 2000. Some of you might not know this,
but I recently received a donation of a very nice projection system so we can simulate
the Liveboard in the conference room now. So, we will hook up the ThinkPad to
the projector and show what the instructor can do. We will have a couple of the
tablet computers lying around the table. We will also have the Voyager set up to show
how the review works.

Now, in order to pull this off, we need a couple things:

1) I'd like to have a "demo" lecture prepared for the presentation. It makes sense that
this be a presentation talking about Classroom 2000 and since we are going to be giving
a GVU Brown Bag on April 4th, we'll use this demo night as a forcing function to complete
that presentation. Nick and I will work on the presentation.

2) I would like Ami to help us set up the Voyager correctly so that we can access the audio
files. Ami, the Voyager gets set up on the GVU subnet in the conference room and we have
a user account "demo" set up, so I would like to have that account configured to run Netscape
and correctly launch the audio client.

Thanks for your help,
Gregory
