Dear Author

I am delighted to be able to tell you that the paper you submitted to ACM
Multimedia'96 entitled

Teaching and Learning as Multimedia Authoring Sessions

has been accepted by the Program Committee for inclusion in the conference.
In line with previous ACM Multimedia conferences, the Program Committee
applied a rigorous selection process to papers that were submitted for the
1996 conference, and accepted 36 papers out of 162 submissions.

The reviewers comments will be forwarded to you in a later e-mail to help
you produce the final version of the paper which is due by August 26th,
1996. Submission details for final versions of papers will also follow
later.

To ensure a high quality conference, the Program Committee has allocated
members of the Committee as shepherds to help in the production of the
final versions of papers for the conference. Your shepherd is

Name: Polle Zellweger,
e-mail: Polle_Zellweger.PARC@com.xerox

You should liaise with them as soon as possible to work out a timetable for
you to provide your shepherd with a complete draft of your manuscript so
that they can comment on it and return to you in time for the submission
deadline of August 26th.

The advance programme for the conference as well as registration details
will be available shortly via the conference Web pages

http://www.acm.org/sigmm/MM96/
http://www.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/pi4/MM96/

Thank you again for supporting the conference. We look forward to seeing
you in Boston in November

Yours sincerely

Wendy Hall
