Classroom 2000 project meeting is scheduled for Thursday (tomorrow)
at 3:30 in the GVU Conference room.

Some topics we will cover:

-) New members. I'm hoping to have some new members show up to
this meeting. The first is Wendy Newstetter who is going to
assist us in evaluating the impact of C2000 in the classroom. The
other new member will be Jason Brotherton, a new PhD student in
the College of Computing. An undergraduate, Roy Rodenstein, might
be able to attend as well.

-) This meeting will be recorded and we will take notes using the
new version of ClassPad. I assume Mikol has been able to take care
of getting a digital recording. I don't expect that we will be able
to immediately convert the log files and notes into the RealAudio
frame pages, but I would hope to see those by early next week.

-) Status of RealAudio. I aksed Paul and Dale to look into logging
capabilities, but they probably didn't have time to

-) Video report. Ami

-) VB ClassPad report. Wasim

-) Java ClassPad (we have to settle on the name for this). I'd
like Mikiya to show us the wonderful work he has done over the past
week or so getting us closer to a networked version of the notetaker.
Not quite ready for primetime, but it is impressive and a good
starting point for development ideas.

-) C 2000 evaluation. Gregory and Wasim will talk about plans for
summarizing the evaluation of the 6751 class last winter. I hope this
will lead us into a discussion of how to better prepare ourselves for
evaluating 6751 next time around and how to evaluate any other classes
that will use C 2000 technology.

See you tomorrow.
