Mikol,

EXCELLENT prototype.

I would like everyone to think about some intended uses of this
note-revising environment and then we'll try to see how well suited
this prototype is for our ideas.

Some initial comments:

1) How will multiple audio links be handled?

2) I think the thumbnails can be even small and still be adequate, but
we should look on some other platforms than my unix workstation.

3) Just clicking on the thumbnail can replace the show button. Is
reverse video still desirable to show the current slide that is being
viewed/edited

4) I tried adding information in the text box and clicking on the
button below (which by the way, is illegible against the black
background, and it caused some strange behavior. I imagine that that
part has not really been implemented yet.

5) Printing capabilities. What would it take to allow a student to
just print out their notes for a lecture? Would it be possible to
print out just the added text/html. Could the pictures and added HTML
for a whole lecture (or for the results of a search) be printed all
out together? I imagine this would be invoked by a button on the upper
left frame.

That's all for now.

Again, GREAT work, Mikol.
