We'll try the same room as list time (around the corner from the GVU lab)
and I just bought a mixer from radio shack- now I find out Gergory
wants a wireless! Sheesh! :)
But- if that's an offer to loan, I can take it back- I'm not sure that
it's going to work to well- the sales idiot said it would give some
gain to the mikes, but I doubt it. But- it's a good 4-channel
mixer.
If it doesn't work- we may have to bite it and get a low-end
amp (used perhaps?) from Peavy since that's really what we need,
and we're just being cheap about things. A good PA will have six
channels and a mixer built in for about $400. Radio Shack will
sell a pre-amp, but's it's nearly worthless for us and costs about
$250.
