Hi:

Pam Hassebroek (CS6751 student) wrote me a message this morning telling me
that she can't FTP to the C2000 server to put stuff in her notebook. I
can't FTP to it either, but I can telnet. Is this a coincidence or is this
a problem that other people have been experiencing?

Secondly, both Arthur Murphy and Maristella Matera have gotten access
denied messages when trying to perform a search on their slides. I've been
told that "lots of people are having trouble" but haven't gotten any more
specific messages to that effect. Could someone (Mikiya or Paul, I think)
verify their usernames and passwords for me in case they are different from
what I have down on the survey. Is the username the whole e-mail address
or just the first part before the @ sign in the address, or is it the four
character name that they use to sign in to classpad? The password should
be the one they supplied in the beginning of class, I assume. I've tried
logging in as several different people and haven't gotten in successfully.

Thanks.

---Valerie
