While attempting to encode the audio for the class on 11/26/96, I noticed
the DAT tape was blank. Upon further examiniation, it seems that there is
no index on the DAT tape either. This means that either I have the wrong
tape (which I don't think because the tape has the correct date on the
label) or no one pushed record during the lecture on 11/26/96. Either
way, I cannot encode the audio because there is none! If this is a
mistake and I have the wrong DAT tape, please notify me where the correct
one is and I will use it. Otherwise, is it okay I run the scripts on
Tuesday's lecture even though the audio links will point to nothing? I
cannot turn the audio links off, so it will run assuming there is an audio
file in the /ra directory even though one does not exist.
Regardless of the above bad news, everyone have a good Thanksgiving!
