Would either of you be able to handle setting up a RealAudio 3.0
server and player for us to test? I'd like to see the server
working and delivering lectures to a couple of 3.0 players around
the GVU Lab, if possible. I'm forwarding more info on the 3.0
release that I just received.
The more I use the 2.0 player, the more confusing it is to me.
Today, for instance, the player started out delivering to me a whole
stream for a class and showed a pointer into the stream. Then
it switched to the mysterious mode that I had seen on Mac and PC
where it only delivers from the pointer you request to the end.
Weird enough that I think it's a server feature and not a difference
between players now.
