why do Asian
males have the largest distance?
When Asian males study abroad, they come
with a certain mission: they have to accomplish
something significant to allow them live
better when they return home. They think
they have to be capable of supporting a
family that they will or already have.
On the other hand, Asian females come to
study abroad for self-achievement rather
than to be able to support a family in
future.
Therefore, Asian males tend to build up
their own territory first and then start
getting close to the people around in adjusting
themselves into new environment. This opinion
is give by one Asian male studying in the
psychology department. |
