In recent years, the computer graphic industry has shown a sharp increase in occupational disorders such as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI).

Considering the highly specialized nature of the computer graphics industry, the loss of employees can have a direct, negative impact on the production process. However, no one voices concern about this matter publicly.

The study will 1) uncover concrete evidence of the prevalence of RSI in this industry, and then 2) proposes a means to reduce the risk of developing RSI and eventually to protect this industry from further loss of valuable human resources due to RSI.
