What is patPAL?

patPAL(pattern palette) is a tool for web designers and developers
to aid in the process of building a Nationwide web site.

As a larger goal, this project aims to research and analyze user behaviors and create patterns of design to accommodate those behaviors on web & intranet environment.

What is Web Pattern?

A design rule that communicates insight into a design problem, capturing the essence of the problem and its solution in a compact form. Patterns are a powerful conceptual framework for building compelling and effective web sites that are easy to use. (Duyne, Landay, Hong, 2003)
