Work Related Stuff
"All work and no play gets a lot of work done! Even if it drives you
crazy".
I spend a lot of time in the
Multimedia
lab, hacking on
Mercator (Sonic X). You can also check out
SID and
CITATION. They were the results of an HCI and a software engineering course
I took. I have also published a technical report on the
performance of various storage algorithms for video servers with my
office mate Sue Long.
I found out about the Multimedia Lab after I took a
class on Human Computer Interface with
Beth Mynatt,
who is also our group director. I work with
Keith,
Ian,
Sue Long, and
Kevin.
Selbie Munnnnn who used to
be the Doom victim of the lab has moved on to pursue "even-higher" education
at University of Florida.
