4. Approving December Minutes. - Approved.

5. The re-emergence of the HCC degree program
  - Amy reported that the dean has now decided that the time is right to push
    the HCC program, so it will begin offering classes in the fall. First 
    crop of students will be found from the current students, no 
    recruitment for the HCC program specifically will happen until next year.
