GSC meeting
Feb 24, 2006.

David:

TSO changes are slowing down. Plan seems to be that eventually TSO
employees may be paid from extra funds coming from faculty for
administration of research machines. In the mean time, some grad students
will be asked to be lab managers.

Swikis are not supported anymore because Jeff Rick is leaving. S. Voida
and M. Nelson volunteered to keep up the research media-wikis but not
the academic wikis. This could be a problem for those classes that depend
on the swikis. We should inform faculty. Teaching faculty will have to run
their own wiki servers.

all-grads@cc. new mailing list that should reach all graduate students.
