The Registrar Critique Students Speak Out!

The mission of the Registrar Critique is to provide a forum for ideas on how to improve services provided by the Registrar's Office at Georgia Tech. This page is administered by the College of Computing Graduate Student Committee. It is in no way associated with the Georgia Tech Registrar's Office. We're in the process of collecting the most frequent problems students have with the Registrar's Office, the Registrar's responses, and suggested fixes:

As of today, 17 April, these links are not active. We are waiting on input from the newsgroup.

• Compliments. Nice things people have said about the Registrar's Office.
  
• Service. Customer service issues.
  
• Phase I. Problems during Phase I of registration.
  
• Phase II. Problems during Phase II of registration.
  
• Registration closure. Problems when registration closes.
  
• Banner Problems with the Banner registration system.
  
• Residency. Problems getting Georgia Residency.
  
• Automatic policies. Problems that arise in automatic policies of the Registrar.
  

Of course the first thing to do is take it up with the Registrar's Office. But please post it to git.admin.registrar also. We review that newsgroup frequently and collect the important postings here. If similar problems arise again and again, it'll become apparent that there's a problem.

Again, post it to git.admin.registrar. What better way to let them know they're doing a good job than telling everyone?
