Elaine Swobe



	Elaine Swobe Information Specialist II, College of Computing
Elaine Swobe is a former GVU staff member. She produced GVU publications and publicity materials. She was the person to contact for general Center information, research brochures, recruiting posters and technical reports. She edited the Center's semi-annual newsletter, Eye on GVU; coordinates GVU Demo Days, brown bag lectures and the Distinguished Lecture Series; and was a GVU Web author. She also worked in tandem with the Georgia Tech Office of Media Relations and the Research Communication Team at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute) to publicize Center activities and individual research projects. Elaine holds a B.A. in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She worked in the health care field as well as in publishing prior to joining Georgia Tech in 1994.
